Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°.
Step 2
Slice your bread into chunks, add to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toast in oven until golden (about 20 mins).
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into chunks, halve the artichokes, thinly slice the shallot.
Step 4
On your serving plate, layer the toasted bread, tomatoes, artichoke, shallot, and fresh basil.
Step 5
Drizzle with red wine vinegar & olive oil.
Step 6
Sprinkle with a good dose of sea salt flakes & enjoy.
