Pasta Gamberi – Prawn Pasta

Step 1
Fry the onion on medium until translucent with the basil.

Step 2
Add garlic and wine. Cook off the alcohol for a couple of minutes.

Step 3
Add the fresh cherry tomatoes and canned. Fill the can with water and add to sauce.

Step 4
Add a tablespoon of tomato concentrate for more intense flavour. You can leave out this step! At this point you can also add the prawns. Turn off the heat the residual heat will cook the prawns.

Step 5
Add the pasta in boiling water and cook until just aldente. Add the pasta to the sauce with some extra pasta water if required.

Step 6
Serve with sprinkle of parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
