Korean Prawn and Noodle Seafood Pancake 🦐

Step 1
Start by making your pancake batter – whisk 1 cup of water with 4 eggs and then add into 1.5 cups of flour and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Whisk until the batter is silky smooth.
Step 3
Cut the shallots and add them into the batter. Prepare the prawns by halving them, then set aside.
Step 4
Make the dipping sauce – mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of gochujang, 1/4 cup water, and chopped shallots.
Step 5
Add 2/3 of the batter onto a well-oiled hot pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Move regularly to avoid sticking.
Step 6
Add the prawns on top. Fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add the vermicelli noodles and the remaining batter.
Step 8
Flip the pancake carefully.
Step 9
Flip back over, cut, and serve.
