Step 1
Lay slices of prosciutto in the air fryer for 15 minutes. Once done, set aside to cool down (this will crisp them up).
Step 2
Sweat the onion, chilli, garlic, and cherry tomatoes in a hot pan with fresh basil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add prawns, white wine, and chicken stock. Close and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add cooked linguine and toss thoroughly.
Step 5
Crack the crispy prosciutto on top for a cheeky surf n turf spice up.
