Step 1
Start by prepping your sauce. Mix together 1/2 cup chicken stock, 2 tbsp shaoxing wine, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. You can also add some corn starch to thicken.

Step 2
Prepare flank steak by cutting it into strips and covering it in corn starch.

Step 3
Prepare veggies by julienning the red capsicum, carrot, onion, ginger, and mincing 1 garlic clove.

Step 4
Fry off the steak in shallow oil until brown on both sides (about 2 mins per side). Set aside.

Step 5
Combine the veggies and aromatics into the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6
Add in the cooked and rinsed egg noodles, beansprouts, steak, and sauce.

Step 7
Mix thoroughly and top with coriander for garnish.
