Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and combine well. Form into tablespoon size balls.
Step 2
Pan fry in batches on medium heat for approx 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
Step 3
Take lettuce leaves and add a light layer of Cham Cham green chilli ssamjang
Step 4
Add two chicken meatballs
Step 5
Top with spring onion and chill
