Step 1
Cut all vegetables in halves or quarters and squeeze out tomatoes with the seeds.
Step 2
place all the vegetables & chicken into a large pot with cold water.
Step 3
Allow to come to simmer slowly not boil. This will ensure that your Brodo is clear.

Let it cook for about 2-3 hours.
Step 5
Once it has been cooking for 2-3 hours allow to cool slightly and strain. Shred the chicken off the bone and serve with the broth.
