Step 1
Cook the Eggs: Place your eggs in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes for runny yolks. Adjust the cooking time if you prefer a firmer yolk.

Prepare the Whipped Feta: While the eggs are cooking, add the crumbled feta to a bowl. Pour in the milk and mash with a fork (or the back of a spoon) until smooth and creamy. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Step 3
Plate Up and Serve: Once the eggs are cooked, peel and slice them. Arrange the whipped feta, eggs, and your choice of toast on a plate. Drizzle with chilli oil and enjoy!
