Yuzu & Honey Vinegar
Enjoy the yuzu & honey vinegar in salad dressings, as well as sauces for chicken or even seafood. You can also use the yuzu & honey vinegar to deglaze pans, in cocktails, or even drizzled over fruit salads. The honey-citrus flavour combined with the sharpness of apple vinegar and yuzu’s distinctive floral notes make this a versatile ingredient.
The vinegar also makes a great yuzu & honey drinking vinegar – just by diluting with water for a refreshing drink. The vinegar is sweet, citrussy and sour, so try mixing with soda water and ice for a lemonade-like experience. In Japan vinegar has been drunk for centuries, as it is considered to have many health benefits – in small amounts it can aid digestion, boost the immune system and counter fatigue.
If enjoying as a drink, dilute 15ml of vinegar in a glass of water and drink before a meal. You can do this up to twice a day.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
Ingredients: yuzu juice, sugar, honey (6%), apple vinegar, vitamin C.
