Yuzu Flavour Pearls
Put away your spherification tools: now you can enjoy instant molecular gastronomy in no time at all. The innovative French chef Christine Le Tennier has created a range of beautifully coloured and flavoured pearls to complement any dish. Likened to caviar, the flavour pearls are luxurious spheres of juice encased in a gossamer fine gel which burst in the mouth.
The yuzu flavour pearls are pale lemon yellow colour, with a citrussy floral yuzu aroma. Enjoy the yuzu flavour pearls with oysters, in cocktails, or with Japanese-style fish dishes. Click through to see more flavour pearls here.
Each 50g jar contains 10-15 portions. Refrigerate after opening and use within seven days.
Ingredients: yuzu juice (70%), water, thickener E466, gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate; citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate.
