Vegetarian Fish Sauce – Nuoc Mam Chay


Product Description

Vegetarian fish sauce – or nuoc mam chay – is a ready-to-use dipping sauce to accompany Vietnamese meals. This sweet and salty sauce has vinegary tang and a chilli kick.

Serve in a dipping bowl with vegetarian spring rolls or stir fried vegetables. You can also add lime juice and minced garlic to customise the nuoc mam chay to your tastes.

Ingredients: soya bean sauce, chilli, sugar, vinegar, water, preservative: E202 (potassium sorbate).
