Pickled Vegetables Preserved Mustard Greens
Sichuan pickled mustard is a crunchy and spicy mouth-numbing pickle rich in chopped pickled mustard greens, chilli and Sichuan pepper. Serve alongside rice and plain noodle dishes, or toss through stir fried vegetables and the tofu dish mapo dofu for richer Sichuan hot-spicy-sour notes.
