Organic Yuzu Vinaigrette
Use this organic yuzu vinaigrette to add vibrant flavour to Asian-inspired salads. The zesty, floral yuzu provides an uplifting counterpoint to sharp rice vinegar and salty soy sauce in this versatile dressing. It is particularly good with prawns and crab, as well as radish, cabbage & carrot salads.
Also try using the organic yuzu vinaigrette to liven up mushrooms, spinach and pak choi. Or even add a little grated ginger to the vinaigrette before using to add an extra kick.
Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
