Description
McCormick’s yuzu salad dressing – wafu yuzu no ka – is a light zesty Japanese-style vinaigrette, with an addictive blend of yuzu and sesame oil. Enjoy with crisp leaves on the side of a Japanese meal, or in a mixed salad to contrast with rich fish or meat dishes. The Japanese name wafu yuzu no ka comes from wafu, meaning dressing with a soy sauce base, and yuzu, the floral Japanese citrus fruit, like a cross between an lemon and a grapefruit.
