Lentejas – Brown Lentils
Lentejas brown lentils are the essential ingredient in your classic Spanish lentil stew. Simmer the lentils with cubes of potato, whole garlic cloves and chunks of chorizo for a hearty dish.
The lentils are ready-to-eat straight from the jar. You can also use them in cold salads with chickpeas and mixed beans.
Ingredients: Castellana lentils, water, salt, stabiliser (E385), preservative (E223). Contains sulphites.
