Iberico De Bellota Pate
Iberico de Bellota pate is made from the livers of acorn-fed black foot pigs (Iberico de Bellota Pata Negra). Pedro Ximenez sherry has been added to the pork-liver pate to give added richness and sweetness, while cinnamon gives a hint of spicy warmth. Enjoy the Iberico de Bellota pate spread thickly on toasted brioche accompanied by a fruity chutney and some peppery salad – ideal as a quick dinner party starter or simply as an indulgent snack.
