Hot Banana Wax Peppers
Hot banana wax peppers are long, bright yellow, spicy peppers which have a satisfying crunch. Banana wax peppers are produced in California by Mezzetta who source the peppers from local family farms in the Napa Valley – so they arrive within twenty four hours of harvesting.
Use the juice from the hot banana wax peppers to make a spicy Bloody Mary and garnish with slices of pepper. Dice the hot banana wax peppers and mix with tomatoes, onion, lime juice, garlic and coriander for a spicy salsa. Or liven up burgers, grilled meats, chilli dishes and quesadillas.
