FLCK Corn Starch
Description
FLCK corn starch is a multipurpose thickener that no kitchen should be without. It is extracted from corn or maize kernels, and is widely used to thicken soups and sauces.
As a general guide, mix a little corn starch with cold water before adding to the sauce to be thickened. This helps the starch to dissolve smoothly, preventing lumps.
You can also use corn starch to coat strips of beef or pork before stir frying to give them a slightly crispy coating. Or add to a batter before deep frying fish or chicken to keep the finished dish crisper for longer.
Ingredients: 100% corn.
