Fabadon – Large Judion Butter Bean
Judion de la Granja long white beans are widely accepted as the best butter beans around. Rinse the beans and toss with olive oil and lemon juice, then serve with halved cherry tomatoes and rocket for a simple summer salad.
The rich beans also make a great Spanish-inspired soup with saffron, shallots and garlic. Or even add to slow-cooked stews to warm through just before serving.
