Dumpling vinegar is a classic Chinese dipping vinegar made from complex smoky black rice vinegar, mixed with garlic and additional seasonings. The dumpling vinegar is for serving alongside classic dim sum dishes such as siu mai (steamed pork dumplings), ha gau (steamed shrimp), and shanghai steamed buns. The dumpling vinegar is often served alongside chinese chilli oil, for the perfect balance of flavours.
