Description

Amontillado sherry is amber in colour, full-bodied and semi-dry in finish. Amontillado sherry has aromas of hazelnut and butterscotch, with complementary nutty and oak flavours from the American oak barrels it’s aged in. Serve cool (but not chilled) alongside pates and hard cheeses such as Manchego. The Amontillado sherry also pairs well with chicken and mushroom dishes, or as an aperitif with olives and mixed nuts.

The Bodegas Dios Baco in Jerez has been a winery since 1765. Current owners José Páez Morilla and daughter Alejandra now handcraft small batches of sherry there, all with the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin. Other fabulous sherries from the Bodegas Dios Baco include Fino, Manzanilla, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez.

18% abv. Contains allergens: sulphites.

Churro mix for Spanish doughnuts lets you enjoy authentic churros in just 20 minutes! Churros are crispy fried ‘sticks’ of dough, dusted with icing sugar and often served with a hot, melted chocolate sauce for dipping. The churro mix comes with instructions to make churros two ways: in a large spiral called a churro wheel, or the Madrid-style individual churros. Each box of churro mix makes enough churros for 8 people. Ingredients: wheat flour, powdered milk, whey, dry yeast, salt, thickening agents (E412, E415). Contains allergens: gluten (wheat), milk.
These crackers are definitely the tastiest way to eat your veggies! Made with real peas and flavored with garlic powder and basil, these crunchy crackers will keep you crunching at the bit for more and more!
Extra sour strawberry flavored gummy belt that is ready to be unrolled and enjoyed. Wrap the other Fini Rollers flavors for a super sweet, super sour ride! Fun fact: Fini was established by Manuel Sánchez Cano in the 1970s!.
Bonito del norte is a white fish with an exquisite flavour and delicate texture. Bonito is often compared to tuna fish but unlike the rest of their species bonito del norte is famed for its rich flavour, soft texture and light colour. This bonito is preserved in olive oil and is popular all over Spain, especially in the Basque Country. Try making a  typical tapa or 'pintxo' from Northern Spain - stuff piquillo peppers with bonito mixed with a little mayonnaise, raw white onion finely diced and a good squeeze of lemon juice. Bonito makes a great addition to salads or flaked on a piece of toast. Ortiz's bonito, also known as white tuna are individually line caught with live bait or fly during the coastal fishing season.  This age-old technique of selective fishing avoids unwanted fish being discarded, respecting the environment and protecting marine reserves. Ingredients: Bonito del norte, olive oil, sea salt
