Clearspring Organic Shoyu Ramen Noodle Soup
Clearspring organic shoyu soup ramen noodles let you eat well even when you’re pressed for time. In just 4 minutes you’ll be enjoying a warming bowl of ramen noodles with a mouth-watering soy sauce soup.
The ramen noodles are made with a mixture of semi-wholewheat and brown rice flour, then steamed rather than fried like many instant noodles. This makes them low in fat and they also have some of the benefits of wholegrain foods.
The soup base is made with soy sauce and rice malt syrup, for a rich, sweet and salty soup. Toasted sesame oil adds a touch of nuttiness.
For one serving of noodles, bring 400ml water to the boil in a saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. When they’re nearly done, add the sachet of soup paste and stir well to dissolve. Serve immediately, and garnish with spring onion if you like.
