Clearspring Organic Miso Soup Ramen Noodles
Clearspring organic miso soup ramen noodles are the quick-fix-meal you’ve been waiting for. In just 4 minutes you’ll be enjoying a warming bowl of ramen noodles with a miso and ginger soup.
The ramen noodles are made with a mixture of semi-wholewheat and brown rice flour, then steamed rather than fried like many instant noodles. This makes them low in fat and they also have some of the benefits of wholegrain foods.
The soup base is made with brown rice miso and mirin, for an authentic Japanese flavour. Ginger, garlic and a touch of cayenne pepper give the soup a touch of heat.
For one serving of noodles, bring 400ml water to the boil in a saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. When they’re nearly done, add the sachet of soup paste and stir well to dissolve. Serve immediately, and garnish with spring onion if you like.
