Chipotle ketchup is a fiery Mexican twist on a classic condiment. The sweet, smoky and hot ketchup is great in burgers or drizzled over hotdogs.
This jumbo bottle of chipotle ketchup is ideal for restaurants or caterers, or simply for serious chipotle fans!
Use the chipotle ketchup as a hot and smoky dip for chips or chicken wings. Mix half-and-half with mayonnaise for a milder dip that’s great with chargrilled chicken or even vegetable crudites. Also try using the chipotle ketchup as a glaze for chicken, pork or beef for a sweet caramelised coating with a fiery kick.
Ingredients: tomato puree, spirit vinegar, aged chipotle chillies (16%) (fermented smoked jalapeno pepper, jalapeno pepper, salt, acidity regulator: acetic acid), white sugar, brown sugar, salt, onion, chipotle chilli (1%), natural hickory smoke flavours, garlic, spices, stabiliser: xanthan gum.
