Bun Bo Hue Seasoning Stock Cubes
Bun Bo Hue – Bún bò Huế – is a rich Vietnamese soup broth served with rice noodles. Use the stock cube for a quick broth, or make a bun bo hue soup from scratch and add the stock cube before serving to add a little more depth of flavour.
For 2 people: Add a cube of bun bo hue soup seasoning to 0.5l of boiling water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, and pour into two bowls. Add 150g rice noodles per person.
