Brindisa Fritada, Tomato & Piquillo Pepper Sauce
Brindisa fritada tomato & piquillo pepper sauce adds instant Mediterranean flavours to soups, stews or pasta sauces.
The rich tomato sauce has added sweetness and a balancing acidity from piquillo peppers. A little onion, garlic and extra virgin olive oil turns it into a ready-to-use sauce.
Heat the fritada through with cooked meatballs, black pepper and a sprinkle of oregano for a quick dinner. Or dilute with water and add slices of chorizo, whole chickpeas and chunks of pancetta for a rich Spanish stew.
