Use Brindisa Arbequina extra virgin olive oil to finish salads or simple vegetable dishes to celebrate its fresh grassy flavour and peppery aftertaste.
The oil is made from 100% cold pressed Arbequina olives, a variety that is most popular in the regions of Navarra and Catalonia.
Arbequina olive oil pairs particularly well with vegetables such as artichoke and asparagus, or mix with a little lemon juice to make a dressing for avocado. Also drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over white fish or chicken dishes just before serving. Or enjoy very simply with fresh bread and balsamic vinegar.

| Chipirones en su tinta are squid in their own ink. The baby squid are stuffed in their ink with tomatoes and onion then seasoned with wine and spices. The stuffed squid are a speciality of Galicia and Asturias, on the northwest coast of Spain.
