Tuna Fillets in olive oil Drago 550 gr are obtained from the best quality yellowfin tuna, which is cut into slices, washed in running water and cooked not in steam but in water and salt, so as to maintain its organoleptic qualities intact and not lose most of its proteins. After cooking, the product is cooled and, manually, it is carefully peeled and the bones removed. The cleaned slices are then cut into fillets and placed inside glass jars, which are then filled with olive oil. Sebastiano Drago tuna fillets are processed entirely in Sicily and are excellent as a main course, in salads or to create numerous other recipes.
