Lemon Honey: produced in the Palermo area from late April to early May, it has a delicate, fruity aroma reminiscent of the same flowers, and is a honey with a delicate, heady and very fruity flavour

Almond honey is a honey that is very difficult to produce as it is produced in late winter. It has a delicate but at the same time intense scent reminiscent of the same fruit. Its flavour is also delicate at first but as soon as it begins to melt in the mouth, one is pleasantly surprised by the strong bitterness it releases.

Thyme Honey: Produced in the Ragusa region, it has a very intense and floral aroma that is perhaps reminiscent of thymol and its flavour is equally strong. It is characterised by its amber colour.
