This authentic gastronomic gem carries with it centuries of culinary tradition and craftsmanship and enchants with its fragrant aroma and very balanced sweet-and-sour flavor that lends a unique touch to every dish. It is made from the cooked grape must of prized Reggiane grapes and its excellence is guaranteed by the Consortium for the Protection of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia, guardian of its authenticity and quality. Gold Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP, with its high density of 1.34, and its aging of a minimum of 25 years, is one of three selections available, along with the Silver and Lobster versions, each revealing an authentic sensory experience. Presented in an elegant 100-ml clear glass cruet, equipped with a handy dispenser, it embodies the excellence and refinement of the terroir from which it comes.

Culinary use:
