Sundried Aubergines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 330 gr

Aubergines in extra virgin olive oil are one of the most known preserves of rustic Italian kitchen. They are excellent as appetizers and go well with toasted bread and bruschetta but also to fill delicious sandwiches.
Like all Galantino preserves, they are produced with natural methods, following traditional receipes. In particulare these aubergine are sundried. Only fresh vegetables are used, preserved in Extra Virgin olive oil Galantino.
