The Carlo Amodeo Winter Honey Tasting Set includes:

Miele Millefiori di Lampedusa: is produced on the distant island of Lampedusa. A millefiori honey with a dark amber colour.

The Millefiori di Vulcano (Vulcano Wildflower Honey): it is definitely characterised by the territory of the island of Vulcano, where the soils are very rich in minerals. It is an excellent sweetener.

Carob honey: this is a rare honey that is difficult to produce, characterised by a very particular scent reminiscent of the fruit. The consistency is almost creamy.

Medlar honey: has a very special, fruity smell, reminiscent of the scent of the same flowers. It will become a very rare honey in the future as the production areas are very restricted.

Apicoltura Carlo Amodeo boasts a production of the finest and most typical Sicilian honeys, obtained from the native Sicilian bee, the so-called Ape Nera (Apis mellifera siciliana), which has also become a Slow Food Presidium.
