The Carlo Amodeo Spring Honey Tasting Set includes:

The Thistle Honey: has a strong and decisive aroma and flavour. It goes well with fresh and semi-mature cheeses.

Sulla Honey: has a very faint aroma and a delicate flavour. This makes it suitable for any use, and it is appreciated by children.

Tangerine Honey: has an intense, floral aroma and a delicate, aromatic flavour. Excellent on bread and as a sweetener in coffee and herbal teas.

Orange Tree Honey: is a honey of medium aromatic intensity, between floral and fruity, reminiscent of jasmine. It is one of the most universally appreciated table honeys.

Apicoltura Carlo Amodeo boasts a production of the finest and most typical Sicilian honeys, obtained from the indigenous Sicilian bee, the so-called Ape Nera (Apis mellifera siciliana), which is also part of the Slow Food Presidium.
