Shakshuka 🍳 🍅
The perfect high protein, low calorie shakshuka.

Step 1
Start by cutting an onion and mincing a clove of garlic. Mix into a hot pan with 1/2 a can of rinsed butter beans and chopped chilli.
Step 2
IMPORTANT: With the other half can, pour into a blender and add salt, pepper, olive oil, and a tablespoon of water. This will form the topping sauce.
Step 3
Cook aromatics until brown and add a can of cherry tomatoes. Pop the tomatoes once hot to thicken the sauce.
Step 4
Add eggs and crumbled feta. Simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Step 5
Top with the butter bean sauce, chopped coriander, dukkah, and a pinch of salt.
