Prato Biscuits with Almonds 500 gr

Prato Biscuits with Almonds by Antonio Mattei, also known as Cantucci or Cantuccini, are part of the traditional Tuscan confectionery and they perfect after a meal with Vin Santo wine. These biscuits by Antonio Mattei are prepared according to the original recipe with only 5 simple ingredients: flour, sugar, free range eggs, almonds and pine nuts. They do not contain preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats.

Since 1858 Antonio Mattei Biscuits Cantucci have been baked daily in the same rooms of the historic bakery and packed by hand in the classic and iconic Mattei Blue Bag. Here you can find the large size in 500 gr bag.
