Gluten Free Penne Pasta Natura with Chickpea, Corn and Rice Flour is a pasta specifically formulated for people who are intolerant to gluten. To preserve all the flavor of the pasta all the way to your table, the drying process is slow and at low temperatures, which ensures that it is perfectly rough and holds together during cooking. Chickpeas: very rich in fundamental substances such as vitamins, fiber, vegetable protein, minerals and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The low fat content makes them ideal in low-calorie diets.
Corn: is a low-calorie food, rich in fiber, carbohydrates and minerals, especially potassium and phosphorus, and antioxidants. Corn is naturally gluten-free.
Rice: has many nutritional and beneficial properties and is suitable for celiacs as it is naturally gluten-free.
Instructions for perfect cooking:
Fill a pot with water (1lt of water per 100gr of pasta) and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and let it cook, checking the time indicated on the label. We recommend tasting it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that it is cooked to the desired degree.
