Especially created for those who love short pasta, and in particular italian Paccheri, this trio brings together in a single offer three different versions of this Neapolitan shape by Fabbrica della Pasta. Paccheri Lisci, Paccheri Rigati and Pacchero Rigatello, all Pasta di Gragnano PGI.

Paccheri are born from an old Gragnano story: at the end of the 19th century the children were dedicated to the collection of the “minuzzaglia” (remains of pasta that fell while drying in the street). Sometimes it happened that someone tried to keep this waste pasta for himself and the owner of the factory, realizing what had happened, punished them by giving them a resounding slap, which in the Neapolitan dialect is indicated with the name “pacchero”.
