Blessed by an ideal microclimate and soils rich with natural fertility, Italian tomatoes are highly prized. Ours are grown near the coast by a co-operative of local farmers. Most the time it’s quiet and peaceful except for a handful of frenetic days in summer when we harvest and immediately process the tomatoes in one go – adding absolutely nothing else. Organic, from tomatoes grown in Italy. Suitable for Vegetarians.
