Organic Gluten Free Casarecce Hemp Pasta 250 gr

Pasta Natura Hemp Casarecce is a type of gluten-free pasta that is very nutritionally complete, as it is rich in omega 3 and omega 6. Made with corn flour, rice flour and hemp seed flour, it is also a source of vegetable protein and trace elements. It has a delicate flavor and goes well with any seasoning. This artisanal bronze-drawn pasta, dried at low temperatures, comes from the heart of Piedmont, from selected raw materials processed in accordance with tradition, guaranteeing a natural product with a surprising taste and preserving its original nutritional characteristics. It is specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Instructions for a perfect cooking:

Pour water in a big pot (1lt of water each 100gr of Pasta) and add a spoon of olive oil. Bring to boil and add salt. Add pasta and let it cook checking the cooking time written in the back of the package. We recommend to taste it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that the degree of cooking is the desired one.
