The Extra Virgin olive oil IGP Roma Terre Francescane, is an IGP certification recognised in 2021. It is produced in the provinces of Rome, Viterbo, Frosinone and Latina, with the exception of a few municipalities. This medium fruity oil with a balanced taste is distinguished by its hints of artichoke and delicate almond aftertaste. Obtained mainly from olives of the Frantoio, Leccino and Rosciola varieties, it represents the excellence of the oil art of central Italy.
