The ‘Nduja di Suino Nero 135 gr Delizie di Calabria is a soft, spreadable and decidedly spicy salami that is part of the most authentic and typical flavours of Calabria. It is distinguished by its intense red colour, given by the dried red chilli pepper naturally present in the mixture together with the fatty parts of the pig. Originally from Spilinga, ‘nduja is now produced throughout the region, representing a true emblem of Calabrian culinary culture. This one in particular is made from black pork, a prized native Calabrian breed. Ideal for spreading on bread, it is also perfect as a topping for pizza, bruschetta or as an ingredient to prepare tasty sauces for pasta.
