Mussini has always paid attention to the quality and origins of its raw materials, using locally grown tomatoes from the Emilia-Romagna region for its selection of Tomato Sauces.  From a base made with tomato, grilled peppers, zucchini, aubergine and onion are added to make Sugo alle Verdure Mussini.
