Carolina Reaper Powder: it is an extremely spicy powder to be used with great care and in small doses. The Carolina Reaper is a hybrid obtained by crossing the Red Habanero with the Naga Morich and was confirmed in 2017 as the hottest chilli in the world by Guinness World Records™. Yellow Habanero Powder: it is a medium-high spiciness powder that is characterized by fruity notes. The yellow Habanero is one of the five varieties of Habanero, the pepper best known by cooking enthusiasts as it resists processing and cooking well. Degree of spiciness: from 100,000 to 350,000 SHU.

Jalapeño Powder: it is a rather lightly spicy powder. Jalapeño is a well-known variety in Europe and very versatile thanks to its low degree of spiciness. It can be eaten both green and when it reaches its full maturity and turns bright red. Degree of spiciness: from 2,500 to 5,000 SHU.
