Gluten Free Pasta Natura Legume Macaroni is made with Red Lentil flour. It is a pasta specifically formulated for people who are intolerant to gluten. Red Lentils: very rich in vegetable protein, fiber, minerals, vitamins and amino acids. They possess antioxidant and Omega 3 properties and are low in fat.
Instructions for perfect cooking:
Fill a pot with water (1lt of water per 100gr of pasta) and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and let it cook, checking the time indicated on the label. We recommend tasting it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that it is cooked to the desired degree.
