Apicoltura Cazzola’s Alpine High Mountain Honey is produced at high altitude during the summer months and is the richest expression of the bees’ summer stay in the mountains. It is the result of all the meadow blooms that contribute to creating a harmony of aromatic essences and intense fragrances. In its crystallised state, it is dark yellow in colour.
