Garofalo Gemelli Pasta 500g

Gemelli are spiral pasta. It appears to look like two tubes twisted around each other, but is in fact one single s-shaped strand twisted to form a spiral, like interlaced string. Gemelli looks so much like two tubes twisted together, that its name is derived from the Italian word for “twins”.
