Garofalo Bucatini Pasta 500g

A thick spaghetti like pasta with a hole running through the middle. Buco comes from the Italian for hole and bucato meaning peirced. Bucatini is perfect for many dishes such as casseroles, with chunky sauces or as a plain pasta dish. Garofalo pasta is formed through a bronze die this method allows a little friction on the surface of the pasta, which becomes slightly rough and porous allowing the sauce to cling and be absorbed into the pasta giving a delightful eating experience.
