Fettuccine egg pasta by Fabbrica della Pasta go perfectly with full-bodied sauces such as ragù, vegetables or porcini mushrooms. They are very similar to Tagliatelle but slightly wider.
Egg Pasta by Fabbrica della Pasta is bronze die and gently dried at very low temperature. The result is a rough and thick pasta made with 100% italian durum wheat semolina and using exclusively italian fresh eggs, without adding water.
