The Farfalle Giganti di Gragnano IGP from Fabbrica della Pasta are bronze drawn and subjected to a long and delicate drying at low temperature. They are produced according to the dictates of the ancient Gragnano tradition, using the best first-extraction coarse-grained semolina mixed with water from the Monti Lattari spring. Try them with a fresh sauce made with salmon, rocket and cherry tomatoes.
