Pennoni Lisci Candele ca’ Pont PGI: produced by Fabbrica della Pasta according to dictates of tradition, using the best semolina and pure water coming from Monti Lattari source.

Elicoidali PGI: it is a type of Pasta having a striped tubular shape, resembling a propeller (“elica” in Italian). Thanks to its stripes it is perfect for lots of recipes. Excellent with fresh tomato sauce.

Calamarata Liscia PGI: this type of pasta looks like squid rings and it’s typical of Naples region. It is perfect with fish condiments and sauces.
